1) Motion to approve a Master Services and Purchasing Agreement between Axon Enterprises, Inc., and the City of Harvey.
This motion authorizes the City of Harvey to renew the body camera subscription used by the Harvey Police Department for another five-year term.
2) Ordinance No.___________: An ordinance adopting a Municipal Grocery Retailers’ Occupation Tax and Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax for the City of Harvey, Cook County, Illinois.
This ordinance substitutes for the state grocery tax which will be expiring December 31, 2025.
3) Resolution No.___________: A resolution supporting and consenting to the Cook County Class 8 Property Tax Incentive Application subject to a Redevelopment Agreement for certain property located in the City of Harvey, Illinois (380 E 167th STREET ) (Amber Packaging Supplies Inc).
This resolution makes the Class 8 incentive conditional and subject to the Developer a) making an investment of $1.3 million, b) completing the project within 7 months, and c) making community benefit payments equal to 1/3 of their property tax savings.
4) Resolution No.___________: A resolution accepting animal control vehicle donation from Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies Control.
This resolution authorizes acceptance of the donation.
5) Resolution No.___________: A resolution authorizing improvement under the Illinois Highway Code.
This resolution authorizes the use of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways beginning 05.01.25 to 04.30.26.
6) Resolution No.___________: A resolution executing a joint funding agreement between the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the City of Harvey for the 150th Street project.
This resolution outlines the joint funding agreement to reconstruct and redesign 150th Street, extending from Dixie Highway to Halsted Street.
7) Resolution No.___________: A resolution executing a joint funding agreement between the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the City of Harvey for the Robey Trail project.
This resolution outlines the joint funding agreement to engineer a new 1.5-mile north-south bike/ped trail extending from 147th S/Sibley to 159th Place.
8) Resolution No.___________: A resolution of authorization for the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) Central Park project application.
This resolution outlines the OSLAD Grant Program application guidelines for the Central Park project.
