Thomas F. Folliard Jr., 73, retired Assistant Deputy Superintendent at the CPD and former Chief of the Hazel Crest Police Department, passed away. He is survived by his wife, Donna, children John and Kevin, grandchildren Tommy, Maeve, and Matthew. Thomas was the son of the late Thomas Sr. and Mary Folliard, and had 11 siblings. He was a member of the American Legion of Three Oaks, MI, and the New Buffalo Knights of Columbus. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, with a funeral mass on Wednesday at Christ the King Church.
