a. Motion to approve $61,887.00 for the first installment of the 2025-26 membership contribution to the South West Special Recreation Association (SWSRA).
b. Motion to approve hiring Accessibility Consultation and Training Services, INC (ACT Services, INC.) for consultation, site review and assessment, recommendations including policies, budget and planning for ADA compliance in accordance with state and national guidelines in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
c. Motion to approve amount not to exceed $7,500.00 to a heating and cooling company for labor and parts repair of Recreation Center and Fitness Center A/C units.
d. Motion to remove Palos Pool drop slide from pool.
