Leonard Rzeszutko, husband of Theresa, passed away, survived by his sons Glenn and Richard Rzeszutko. Leonard was a grandfather and caring uncle to many. Visitation and prayers will be held at Lawn Funeral Home, followed by a Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church and interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Donations to Lurie Children’s Hospital are suggested in lieu of flowers. Funeral information can be found at 708-429-3200.
