Motion: To approve the minutes of the January 14, 2019 board meeting as submitted or if necessary, as corrected.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PUBLIC UTILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE: Trustee Sparr

 Any matters for the record including:

 MOTION: To approve a Collective Bargaining Agreement between SEIU/Public Works employees and the Village of Justice for the time period September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2021

 MOTION: To approve the proposal from Superior Pumping Services, LLC for annual inspections of the lift stations on 83rd/ Roberts Road and Deerwoods at a cost of $2360.00

BUILDINGS, ZONING AND ORDINANCES: Trustee Rusch

 Any matters for the record including:

 MOTION: To accept the proposal from at a cost of to repair two exterior doors at the All our Children’s Advocacy Center.

 MOTION: To reconsider the passage of ORDINANCE 2018-17: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF JUSTICE TO ACCESS LEGAL COUNSEL ON LEGISLATIVE MATTERS

 MOTION: To approve ORDINANCE 2018-17: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF JUSTICE TO ACCESS LEGAL COUNSEL ON LEGISLATIVE MATTERS, Notwithstanding the mayor’s veto

 MOTION: To approve a request of the State Fire Marshall’s office to inspect the recent fire at the Laurel’s Apartment Complex to determine the possible need for automatic Fire sprinklers per village ordinance

 MOTION: To declare vehicle (VIN#/year/make/model) as surplus and offer for sale at a price of (x,xxx.xx).

FINANCE & INSURANCE: Trustee Warner

 Any matters for the record including:

 MOTION: To approve posted payables 1-34 of $34,878.66, Recurring Expenses of $40,974.36 and MFT expenses of $938.50, for a total of $76,791.52.

 The next budget meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Village Hall

ADMIN, COMMUNICATIONS & RECREATION: Trustee Oszakiewski

 MOTION: To approve the expense of the $150.00 to place an ad in the annual

fundraising book for Rosary Hill. The event will be held on April 7, 2019

PUBLIC SAFETY AND HUMAN SERVICES: Trustee Symonds

ECONOMIC DEV. & BUSINESS LICENSES: Trustee Kuban

 Any matters for the record including:

 MOTION: To approve a Business License to Green Care Medical to operate a medical office at 8008 W. 84th St, Justice. This license is contingent on passing of final inspections.

 MOTION: To authorize the Director of Economic Planning and Development to act on behalf of the village for the free IML Grant Finder account that is included as a benefit of the villages IML membership. Additional licenses are available at a discounted rate of $495 for IML members (regular price is $1,195).
