South Holland, IL - Francisco Navarro, aged 78, of South Holland, IL, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Angelina Navarro. Francisco was a loving father to Vidal Navarro, Juana (Francisco) Vazquez, Francisco (Elvia) Navarro Jr., Teresa (Jose) Fonseca, Jose (Alejandra) Navarro, and Alejandro (Karina) Navarro. He was a cherished grandfather to 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Francisco is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Juana Navarro, and siblings Carmen, Amalia, Concepcion, Antonio, Juan, David, Ramon, Alfonso, and Maria de Jesus.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home in South Holland, IL. The funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church in Lake Station, IN.
