Village of Chicago Ridge issued the following announcement on May 9.
In a recent article published by Crain's Chicago Business, Chicago Ridge is a "Winner" in 2019's Housing Market. Of the 121 suburbs Crain's looked at, there are 9 suburbs where home sales and the median price of a home are both up this year, and the average time a home spends on the market is shorter this year than last.
