Networks Barber College enrolls 44 undergrads

At Networks Barber College, 60 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 86 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The private for-profit school in Calumet City enrolled 44 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

88 percent of undergraduates are residents of Illinois, and 13 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised of students who identify as Black or African American (82 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (18 percent).
