The Oak Lawn Community High School boys bowling team had a season for the ages this year as it won the South Suburban Conference Red championship, the Illinois High School Association Regional championship, and rolled a record-breaking performance against Reavis along the way. Senior Domas Rasymas played a major role in each of those feats.
Rasymas was instrumental in the SSC Red title and the regional championship. He also bowled a 257 in the record-breaking team score of 1,238 in a victory over Reavis.
“Domas is a four-year member of the boys bowling team and one of our starters this year,” head coach Kevin Walery said. “He did a great job for us. He will be missed next year.”
