II. Finance Committee

A. Consideration of a 2025 Paratransit Service Provider Agreement between PACE, the Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority and the Village of Crestwood 

B. Consideration of an amendment to the Village of Crestwood Codes for the Fire Department fees for services: Firefighting, Rescue, Emergency Medical Services and other services provided and Repealing and replacing the following code, resolution and ordinances. Section 35.08 

C. Consideration of an Intergovernmental agreement by and between the Village of Crestwood, The Village of Midlothian and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for the design, construction, land acquisition, maintenance, operation, and ownership of a flood control project on Calumet Sag Tributary C 

D. Consideration of an Ordinance upon the request of Ibrahim Aldardasawi, A2Z Collision Center, for a Special Use to permit an auto body repair shop with a spray booth, with the stipulation that there is no mechanical repairs of cars. All vehicles must be stored in the designated area or in building and will follow all EPA guidelines, State of Illinois and Village of Crestwood codes, as well as, the outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on the premises of 13907 South Kostner Ave., Crestwood, Illinois 60418

E. Consideration of an Ordinance upon the request of Maksym Nikitiuk, Pristine Truck Sales, Inc. for a Special Use to permit a Semi-Truck Sales Business with no mechanical or body work done. All Vehicles must be stored in the designated area or in the building and will follow all State of Illinois and Village of Crestwood codes, as well as, the outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on the premises of 13511 South Crawford Ave., Crestwood, Illinois 60418 

F. Consideration of the annual renewal of Scavenger licenses for the Village of Crestwood as follows:

1. Republic Services - 13701 S. Kostner Ave., Crestwood, IL

2. Homewood Disposal - 1501 W. 175th St., Homewood, IL 

3. Waste Management - 700 E. Butterfield Rd., Lombard, IL 

4. Tri-State Disposal - 13903 S. Ashland Ave., Riverdale, IL

5. Lakeshore Recycling Systems - 2145 Moen Ave., Joliet, IL Consideration of A Resolution of intent to utilize tax increment financing to improve deteriorating physical conditions and to stimulate new economic development within the Village (Parcels located near 143rd and Crawford Ave.)

V. Police Department Committee 

A. Village of Crestwood Police Department Activity report for the month of November, 2024 as submitted by Chief Sisk 

B. Village of Crestwood Police Department Citation Activity Report - Citations Issued/Fines Collected for November, 2024 as submitted by Chief Sisk
