1) Ordinance No. _________: An ordinance adopting the Comprehensive Plan for the city of Harvey.
This Ordinance adopts the Comprehensive Plan for the city of Harvey.
2) Ordinance No. ________: An ordinance approving a Special Use Permit for Prime Auto Glass & Tint at 16324 S. Halsted Street.
This Ordinance authorizes Prime Auto Glass & Tint to locate at 16324 S. Halsted Street and operate an auto-related business subject to conditions under subsection 4.A of the Ordinance.
3) Ordinance No. ________: An ordinance approving a Special Use Permit for Zulema Villalobos – Home Daycare at 15328 Marshfield Ave.
This ordinance authorizes Zulema Villalobos to locate at 15328 Marshfield Avenue and operate a Home Daycare subject to conditions under subsection 4.A of the ordinance.
4) Resolution No. _________: A resolution amending Resolution 2986 (Redevelopment Agreement with Southland Development Authority & its subsidiaries to rehabilitate homes)
This resolution amends the Redevelopment Agreement with Southland Development Authority approved March 14, 2022, to modify the list of properties to be redeveloped, include additional properties, allow new subsidiaries, require construction to start within 6 months after properties are approved/obligated, and require completion of projects within 8.5 months from start of construction.
5) Resolution No. ________: A resolution providing for the reimbursement of demolition costs for the building located at 15222 Loomis Avenue.
This resolution accepts Mayor Clark’s offer to pay for the costs attendant to the demolition of the Residence and agrees to reimburse Mayor Clark for the said costs as soon as funds are available for that purpose.
