Beloved wife of the late Frank, Patricia M. O'Brien (nee DeGregorio), age 82, had a devoted family, including her children Francis J., Laura, and DeAnna. She was the loving grandmother of Mark, Matt, Meghan, and Marty, and the dear great-grandmother of Savia and Amelia. Patricia, a registered nurse for 40 years, touched many lives in her career.

Morning visitation for Patricia will be on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home and Crematorium, followed by prayers and a procession to St. Alphonsus Church in Lemont for Mass. A private burial will follow at the family plot.

In memory of Patricia, donations to the American Nurses Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Flowers and memorial trees can also be sent in her honor to the family.
