How did Karen Cohn spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Independent Karen Cohn's election campaign committee, Citizens for David Webb, spent $9,509 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cohn's committee spent the most on campaign staff in the quarter, with 86.1% of this total ($1,700) going to Lisa Young in Markham. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cohn's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
