Report: Community Consolidated School District 146 School District spent $15,234 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Community Consolidated School District 146 was up 0.9 percent from five years ago, according to the South Cook News analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Cook County school district spent $15,092 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $15,234 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 2,454 to 2,400 students over the same period.

Community Consolidated School District 146's spending in 2019-20 was 5.1 percent higher than the state average of $14,492.
