Homewood Flossmoor High School issued the following announcement on Dec. 8.
It's a busy weekend in town! Hoping your weekend plans include the following H-F High School happenings:
1. The @HFHSSTUGO annual food drive at tonight's @HFVikingHoops vs. @LWEastAthletics match at 5:30 (Sophomores) & 7 p.m. (Varsity) in the South Gym. Bring in 4 non-perishable items or give a $2 donation for your admission. Help support Respond Now & cheer on your Vikings!
2. Little Sluggers Camp for baseball players in Grades 3-5 on Saturday from 9-10:30 a.m. for $10/player in the H-F Fieldhouse turf room, followed by a one-hour 11 a.m. coaches' clinic!
3. Holiday Instrumental Concert, Part 1, on Saturday, featuring Concert Band & Percussion Ensemble at 2 p.m. and Concert Orchestra & Guitar Ensemble at 4 p.m. in the Mall Auditorium!
4. Holiday Instrumental Concert, Part 2, on Sunday, featuring Symphonic Band & Wind Ensemble at 2 p.m. and Sinfonia & Viking Orchestra at 4 p.m. in the Mall Auditorium!
5. And, well, Monday isn't really the weekend, but don't forget about attending the 8th Annual VTV Lip Sync Contest at 7 p.m. Dec. 10 in the Mall Auditorium. Tickets are $5, on sale now in the Campus Store — hurry in!
