Burbank School District 111 recently issued the following announcement.
District 111 is hosting a Young Authors Contest again this year. The contest is open to all kindergarten through 8th grade students and submissions are due January 18. The Young Authors Contest promotes writing and creativity by encouraging children to write an original story and present it in book form.
