Report: South Holland spent $10,764 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at South Holland School District 150 is up 3.7 percent from five years ago, according to a South Cook News analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Cook County school district spent $10,383 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $10,764 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment rise over the same period, from 940 to 982.

South Holland's spending in 2017-18 was 19.3 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
