Board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner Brooke Raley has joined the Franciscan Physician Network Outpatient Behavioral Health Center in Lafayette, Indiana.
Raley earned both her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion. She recently completed a residency as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, focusing on providing care to underserved and rural communities across Indiana. Before this role, she spent nearly ten years as a registered nurse at Franciscan Health Crawfordsville.
